Make It Possible** **Job Profile Summary** + As Demand Planner Singapore, you will develop the 0-24-month IBP forecast by Category, Brands and at the stock keeping unit (SKU) level. You will coordinate, challenge and influence building block with input from sales, marketing, and sales revenue & category planning teams. In addition, you will review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix and weekly pacing/run rates. Finally, you will provide the finalized detailed demand plan by SKU to supply planners and adjust it based on feedback from supply planners or commercial teams. + As Demand Planning Excellence of SEA, you will partake in the capability & system development of cross market team to prepare for O9. Working closely with the demand planners of the markets, the centre of excellence team in AMEA and cross function team of MDS and CAT (analytics team) to drive the right governance and implementing agreed action to prepare for the future. Creating master data governance, driving system adoption of statistical forecasting, creation of robust historical data repository and building the right visibility for an efficient forecasting process. And preparing the right skills matrix for the team to prepare for the future of demand planning. **How you will contribute** As Demand Planner Singapore, you will : + Contribute to the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process for your categories and to strategy and structure discussions + Liaise with the commercial and operational teams and develop ways to continuously improve communication between the functions to support the delivery of the business KPIs for their families + Manage forecast compilation process, which includes owning the short-term weekly plan and the long-term forecast (three or more months) + Interact with modelling team to generate statistical forecasting + Participate in the integrated business planning process and manage the demand planning tool + Perform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement for key service issues, forecast error and bias, and share output with appropriate leadership + Support digitalization project (AI forecasting) at SEA region level and global S4 Hana/o9 preparation enterprise-wide + Participate in weekly functional KPIs review & update Demand Planning performance (Sales Forecast Accuracy, MTD tracking, supply sufficiency outlook & potential shipment risks) to cross functions + Collaborates with Order Processing team to achieve high customer service fulfilment level (CFR) through supply-demand match & coordinate closely on direct customer shipment fulfilment + Partner Logistics Operation team on active inventory freshness & mitigate stocks obsolescence risks through liquidation plans with Commercial As SEA Demand Planning Excellence, you will : + Create master data governance with the MDS & E2E Planning transformation team, understanding where the gaps are and how to keep our master data clean + With the markets & CAT team, drive system adoption of statistical forecasting.
