Description
TheDemand Planning Manageris a critical leader within Living Proof’s Integrated Planning organization and serves as the primary Supply Chain representative to the broader cross functional team.
This role owns the creation of a cohesive, insight-driven demand forecast that fuels strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and sustainable commercial growth across Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, and International markets. As the owner of the enterprise planning calendar, this role ensures tight alignment across commercial priorities, financial cycles, and operational capabilities. The Senior Manager drives long-range demand planning, scenario modeling, and forecast risk assessment enabling the business to anticipate volatility, navigate uncertainty, and deliver unmissable service.
Acting as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning, this role challenges assumptions, builds robust innovation and transition forecasts, and ensures seamless lifecycle execution. The Senior Manager is accountable for ensuring that demand insights translate into healthier inventory, reduced waste, lower return exposure and stronger margin outcomes.

What You’ll Do
·Own and Shape the S&OP Agenda:Own the design and execution of monthly demand consensus and S&OP forums, ensuring alignment of commercial, financial, and supply priorities.
·Drive Forecast Excellence:Champion forecast accuracy and bias improvement initiatives, embedding statistical forecasting tools, insights, and scenario planning.
·Strengthen Cross-Functional Partnerships:Act as the primary interface with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply teams to resolve demand-supply risks and accelerate decision-making.
·Elevate Customer Engagement:Drive strategic collaboration with top retailers to align forecasts, minimize returns (RTV), and co-create supply chain solutions.
·Advance Digital & Data Capabilities:Partner with Analytics teams to create cohesive suite of Power BI dashboards and automation initiatives. Foster team culture that delivers insights, agility, and accountability.
·Own Critical KPIs:Deliver against Service, Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias and Inventory Health (Excess & Obsoletes) to help the business reach its growth and competitiveness targets.

·Process Improvement:Embrace automation and increase reliability of forecast through data driven insights & close collaboration with cross functional partners.
Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
· Experience: 5-8 years in demand planning or integrated supply chain roles; CPG or retail experience strongly preferred.
· Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and influence cross-functional alignment.
· Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies.
· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with planning/analytics tools. Net Suites / Oracle a plus.
· Digital & Analytical Acumen: Experience with performance dashboards and forecasting strategies
· Change Management: Experience leading transformation, capability building, and continuous improvement programs.
· Communication: Strong storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
