Demand Planning Manager
Main Responsibilities: * + Responsible for **strategic demand planning** to maximize inventory turns, reduce returns and bad goods and to ensure a high quality forecast within ANI Taiwan, for To-Market Sales (TMS), In-Market-Sales (IMS) and consumer offtake + **Work closely with** sales and marketing teams, marketing Insights, regulatory, Area planners, and local supply chain teams striving to provide and accurate demand signal + Lead consolidated **demand review meeting** and challenge the assumptions and numbers provided by an analysis in order to improve forecast accuracy + Co-ordinate **product channel/customer allocation** process when under supply constrain environment + Co-ordinate **NPI phase-in/out plans** according to business plan to maximize product availability **launch success** and minimize return and bad goods + Establish **key performance metrics and benchmarks** relating to demand planning processes/operations, measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management + **Co-ordinate S&OP process** and maintain high level process standard Skills & Experience Required:* + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, a related field, or equivalent preferred + An advanced credential, such as an MBA, MA, or MS in a relevant discipline preferred + Minimum 5 years of experience working in demand planning including recent experience with >USD 100MM fast moving physical goods with complex/large scale portfolio + ERP usage experience / ERP-WMS interfacing experience + Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment + Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment + Proven success in improving work processes, leading change and role models positive behaviors as well as change agent skills in a complex and fast paced environment + Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross division business unit model preferred + Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business results + Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization, including English communication skills + Business level English communication skills required.
