Demand Planning (Assistant) Manager

Main Responsibilities: *

Responsible for strategic demand planning to maximize inventory turns, reduce returns and bad goods and to ensure a high quality forecast within ANI Taiwan, for To-Market Sales (TMS), In-Market-Sales (IMS) and consumer offtakeWork closely with sales and marketing teams, marketing Insights, regulatory, Area planners, and local supply chain teams striving to provide and accurate demand signalLead consolidated demand review meeting and challenge the assumptions and numbers provided by an analysis in order to improve forecast accuracyCo-ordinate product channel/customer allocation process when under supply constrain environmentCo-ordinate NPI phase-in/out plans according to business plan to maximize product availability launch success and minimize return and bad goodsEstablish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to demand planning processes/operations, measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior managementCo-ordinate S&OP process and maintain high level process standard

Skills & Experience Required:*

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, a related field, or equivalent preferredAn advanced credential, such as an MBA, MA, or MS in a relevant discipline preferredMinimum 5 years of experience working in demand planning including recent experience with >USD 100MM fast moving physical goods with complex/large scale portfolioERP usage experience / ERP-WMS interfacing experienceAbility to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environmentAbility to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environmentProven success in improving work processes, leading change and role models positive behaviors as well as change agent skills in a complex and fast paced environmentExperience working in a broader enterprise/cross division business unit model preferredStrong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business results Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization, including English communication skillsBusiness level English communication skills required. (TOIEC 750+)Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely mannerStrong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills and ability to hold others accountableStrong conflict resolution skills to achieve results through cross-functional groups
