Building the business forecast for the Business Marketing Collaboration within the Mexican Market based on insights and assumptions and to identify any gaps in achieving the targets.
**You are responsible for**
+ Create Sales, Marketing forecast for the assigned planning horizon, BU and/or Customer Planning Groups by creating the statistical baseline forecast and enriching it with all relevant input from Sales, Customers, Customer Project Managers, Supply/Operations, Marketing, Finance and adjacent functions.
+ Work with sales teams and/or making recommendations for changes to inventory or stocking levels to optimize channel inventory and sell-thru.
+ Develops short, medium, and long-term perspectives on sales channel expectations, inventory levels, and competitive marketplace dynamics, to create an unbiased 12-month rolling demand forecast.
+ Works collaboratively with both internal and external resources to proactively identify risks and opportunities to Plan achievement.
+ Champion’s alignment of strategy, promotional activity, domestic back-up, and any other special inventory purchases to maximize sell-in and sell-thru of both our seasonal and non-seasonal businesses.
+ Works collaboratively with S&OP Leader, Demand Planner, and Key Account Managers to identify supply gaps and offer solutions to minimize out-of-stock or fill-rate issues.
+ Manages the outlier process; works closely with Sales to identify risks and opportunities to the forecast that require Supply Chain approval prior to entering the forecast.
+ Identify strategies and solutions to handle the disposition of unproductive inventory at forecasted accounts.
**You are the right fit if:**
+ You have acquired a Minimum 2 years of work experience in Demand Planning within the Consumer/Retail Industry. Including experience with Sales Operations Planning, Forecast and Inventory Management.
+ Your skills include advanced English level, strong analytical skills using Excel and Power BI, effective communication and proficiency in Planning tools (SAP - APO, Blue Yonder)
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
