Make It Possible** You will oversee demand planning activities for your assigned product families in your business unit. You will also lead the demand review process and driving interactions with the cross-functional teams. **How you will contribute** You will: + Lead the demand management agenda for the category, being the key interface between commercial (sales revenue planning) and supply (replenishment) to identify and evaluate the impact of potential availability issues/commercial changes including gap assessment and risk and opportunity discussions + Partner with modelling team for the generation of statistical forecasting + Manage, coach and develop a team + Review standard consumption versus forecast at the customer and total product levels, liaising with replenishment and sales revenue planning to manage potential availability issues and the impact of under consumption + Drive strong linkages with the commercial, customer collaboration, modelling, order fulfilment teams and supply planning including innovation and equity + Drive continuous capability building in the demand planning team for planning improvement **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience and commercial awareness in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment + Open to learn new ways of working and is willing to use new tools + Experience driving demand review and participation in an IBP cycle + Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan + Able to build effective teams + Knowledge in leading practice demand planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts + Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills **More about this role** • Accountable for timely delivery of documented business requirements and test scenarios • Perform Risk Impact Analysis and project dependencies from various other initiatives • Resolve business issues that impact the ability of the project team to deliver • Perform detail reviews of all project deliverables • Lead and participate in tests & cutover • Anticipate and drive resolution for tool adoption barriers • Collaborate with Business Champions and Key User Community to drive deployment • Co-create the strategy to sustain new planning capabilities after program completion and transition to BAU • Key member of new planning tool implementation • Partners with other functions on enterprise planning process design • Participate in various workshops and design sessions • Responsible for successful delivery and testing of new tool **Key Skills required** • 5 years of strong experience in Demand Planning (IBP/Demand Planning) • SAP knowledge about masterdata governance (Product, Entity, Customer) • Knowledge about systems – APO, IBP360 or O9 • Prior knowledge implementing O9 solution is preferable • Creative and leading edge thinking to drive standardization and efficiency; skilled in problem solving • Skilled in problem solving with experience in delivering large scale projects • Can work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership and responsibility. • Pro-active and excellent communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and across regions. • Ability to think "outside the box" and introduce new capabilities. • Agile and Growth mindset • Ability to drive change and new/disruptive ways of working • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills • Cross-functional collaboration skills and relationship building • Credible within the broader Mondelēz organization to drive cross-functional change and adoption of system outputs • Robust communication skills to articulate the vision of the technology, the region, and the project to various functions **Education / Certifications:** + Bachelor's degree + Advanced English is required **Travel requirements:** + Less than 10% **Work schedule:** + Hybrid No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **Our Latin America region is comprised of four Mondelez International business units: Brazil, México, Southern Cone (which includes Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay) and WACAM (which includes 12 South American countries and the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico); and one stand-alone market: Venezuela.
