Were looking for a Global Consumer Planner to join our evolving Planning team within Demand Supply Management! In this role you will utilize your subject matter expertise across various global functional areas in Product Merchandising and Planning to focus on the Consumer first as we plan for future Nike Product and Consumer needs. This person will triangulate Retail Metric driven insights with Product and Merchandise teams to enable a more productive line plan creation. You will assess future risk and opportunity in the marketplace and communicate your findings to your cross functional partners to help enable them make better informed decisions. The candidate needs to be able to: - Be high functioning in an ambiguous environment and move with agility through a constantly evolving environment. - Identify future marketplace risk and problem solve against how to move forward to ease that risk and recommend solutions to leadership how the enterprise needs to proceed based on future forecasting insights and scenario planning options. - Develop forecasting scenarios that take into account holistic marketplace and industry trends and business strategy. - Constantly evolve ideas and solutions to meet and accelerate new business needs and drive alignment and visibility across partner teams. - A deep curiosity on asking the why around consumer and marketplace behavior. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? If this is you youll be working with Global Gender Product/Merchandising Finance Strategy and Long Range Planning teams along with Geo Consumer Planning teams recommending assortment depth and flow. You will own industry standard planning tools including Ladder Plans Open to Buy Line Plan Architecture and Assortment plans and forecast and update 2 years out and make recommendations on product forecast adjustments. You will present to these teams and leadership on the how and why forecasts changed and what that means for future consumer product forecasts. WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? You will collaborate across geographies to understand the individual geography marketplaces and utilize those insights to help craft your future demand. You will navigate our Matrix of internal partners and collaboratively make fact-based decisions advised by collective expertise strategic business priorities partner input and most importantly data driven metrics. WHAT YOU WILL BRING? - Experience using planning tools. - Understanding of Retail Metrics Sales Inventory Sell thru Weeks of Supply Trend based forecasting revenue and margin impacts on line planning structure and the ability to manipulate data for scenario planning purposes. - Deliver clear and concise verbal and written communication. - Proven understanding of end to end planning. - Passion and understanding of consumer and retail trends! - Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $41.55/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
