_About the job_ To support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by managing demand and supply planning activities, ensuring alignment between commercial forecasts and supply capabilities. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. **Main responsibilities:** + Support monthly Demand Review and Supply Review processes within the IBP cycle. + Analyze historical data, market trends, and promotional plans to improve forecast accuracy. + Translate demand plans into supply requirements, identifying gaps and proposing solutions. + Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to optimize stock across the network. + Support scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies for supply disruptions. + Prepare and present planning KPIs and insights to stakeholders. + Ensure data integrity and timely updates in planning systems/tools. _About you_ + Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. + 2–4 years of experience in demand/supply planning or IBP-related roles (Pharmaceutical experience is a plus) + Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Etc). + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. + Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. + Key Competencies: + Analytical Thinking + Collaboration & Influence + Business Acumen + Problem Solving + Attention to Detail + Adaptability _Why choose us?_ Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?
