In the short term supports the creation of daily production schedules as per demand, negotiates and resolves scheduling issues, tracks inventory levels, and ensures deadlines are being met. Responsible for demand management and order scheduling, requiring high interaction with various areas within the company, including manufacturing, orders, product groups, procurement, finance, process, dealers, supply chain, and administration. **What you will do:** + Analyzing industry and market trends, assessing risks, and identifying opportunities using statistical data for decision-making. Using this knowledge to forecast future client demands; revising plans to optimize the scheduling process and the supply chain. +  Managing order entry for domestic and export markets, aligned with the factory’s strategy and product group requirements. Ensuring alignment with manufacturing operations. Validating correct hard and soft capacities.
