The Opportunity

This is an exciting contract opportunity to be part of both the NZ country leadership team and ANZ Customer Service and Logistics (CS&L) leadership team, you will interface externally with customers and internally across NZ commercial & business teams & broader ANZ supply chain teams.

You will lead the Demand and Customer Integrated Supply Planning (ISP) team in New Zealand to achieve business results (Revenue, Service, Cost & Cash) by driving process efficiency and optimizing the decision-making process in daily operations. You will maintain a particular focus on conflicting priorities to ensure cross-functional stakeholders are engaged.

You will be responsible for the leadership and development of a team of 10 with 4 direct reports, and one dotted line report (Logistics and Warehousing).

Partner with the NZLT and Supply Chain teams to deliver the New Zealand business results on revenue, service, cost & cash. Clarify any trade-offs and drive decisions on required outcomes.Develop capability across Demand Planning, and Customer Management striving for best in class on systems, processes & capability.Champion IBP & S&OE processes in long- & short-term horizons, seeking to resolve and demand/supply imbalances to deliver customer expectations.Own the Customer Service metrics for NZ (Case Fill Rate (CFR) and On Time In Full (OTIF) including governance, reporting, projections & RCA across supply chain & commercial.
 

The ingredients you’ll bring

Customer Management, ideally in a developed market environment, an understanding of the New Zealand customer environment & dynamics is preferredExperience in Demand and Supply Planning, customer management and/or Supply Chain Management (in a fast-moving consumer goods area preferred).Excellent Communication & prioritisation skills & delivering a diverse set of KPIsUnderstanding of end-to-end supply chain levers & continuous improvement opportunities and methodologiesExperience leading a diverse team across several supply chain disciplines, building capability & a high performing team culture
