Demand Generation Rep, AWS LATAM Demand Generation

Key job responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and targeted campaigns to identify and engage potential customers and decision makers in target accounts.
- Qualify opportunities by understanding customer business challenges, requirements, and budget considerations, then documenting findings in Salesforce.
- Articulate value propositions that connect AWS services to specific customer pain points and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure qualified opportunities are handed off with clear context, next steps, and customer-friendly communication.
- Track and report on activity metrics including outbound contacts, qualified leads, and opportunities created to support team and individual goals.

A day in the life
Your role centers on identifying and nurturing sales opportunities for our AWS offerings across Latin America. You'll spend your day engaging with prospects through outbound calls and targeted campaigns, listening carefully to understand their business challenges, and demonstrating how AWS services can address their specific needs.

Beyond initial outreach, you'll manage qualified leads in Salesforce, track progress, and collaborate with our sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and clear next steps. You'll also contribute to our collective knowledge base, sharing insights that help us continuously improve the customer experience. Your work balances individual initiative with teamwork—you'll own your metrics while supporting the broader sales organization's goals.

You'll work alongside sales professionals, marketing specialists, and technical experts who are passionate about helping customers navigate their cloud transformation journey.
