We're looking for a Performance (Demand Generation) Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us reach more small and medium-sized businesses in Canada. Our AI-powered Accounting and Financial Management solution, Sage Intacct, is rapidly expanding in the Canadian market - yet we’ve only scratched the surface of its full potential.
In this role, you’ll plan, coordinate, execute, and support optimization of multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns - such as email marketing, webinars, events, third-party association advertising and other digital channels - to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive pipeline growth. You'll be part of a collaborative performance marketing team and work closely with our broader North America Performance Marketing teams, as well as Product Marketing and Sales. You’ll need to be analytical, organized, and known for your strong cross-functional collaboration and effective communication skills.

Location: Hybrid; 3 days per week from our Toronto office.
Minimum Qualifications – Is this you?
• 3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience executing integrated demand generations campaigns across multiple channels.
• You basic understand how to move prospects through the full funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) and tracking pipeline performance (such as MQLs/SQOs).
• Proficient using Salesforce and marketing automation tools to execute and track campaigns.
• Confident writing content briefs and repurposing messaging across formats such as email, blog posts, and LinkedIn.
• You utilize your strong project management and collaborative skills and known for being organized and getting things done across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset - with a focus on measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on data.
