This position will serve as the Demand & Collaborative Planning Leader for the Laboratory Plastics Essentials (LPE) Division.
How you will make an impact:
The Sr. Manager Demand & Collaborative Planning leads the development of high-quality unconstrained consensus demand plans across the 24-month planning horizon and the global process by which to develop, refine and deliver those plans across each Business Unit.
This role will work closely with internal and external strategic customers and cross-functional teams (i.e. product management, commercial, finance, etc.) to build a demand plan that considers seasonality, promotional activities, market intelligence, business growth and product transition plans, balancing it against financial targets.
You will be the trusted authority on demand planning strategies, ensuring alignment across a broad spectrum of partners and data inputs. This is a high visibility position, vital for driving and influencing critical decisions across business units.
What will you do?
Develop & refine demand plans that meet sales and service goals.
Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, coordinate forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results, using the Kinaxis® Maestro demand planning system.
Build the unconstrained demand forecast (volumes & revenue), gaining consensus with key strategic customers, commercial, finance and product management teams.
Incorporate SKU level statistical models, business intelligence, and marketing strategies into long range demand plans in order to drive revenue and support downstream business processes.
Drive improved forecast accuracy, bias and increased order fulfillment service performance.
Understand new product introductions and end of life roadmaps to appropriately represent them in demand projections and transitions.
Lead Global SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) Demand Review process connecting unconstrained demand to financials and manufacturing site’s plans.
Identifies, prioritize, coordinate and/or lead supply chain initiatives across the total value chain based on customer and business needs.
Support the annual AOP and Strategy process.
Limited travel may be required.
How will you get here?
7-10 years of related demand forecasting and planning experience, with 3+ years of people management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
Professional Certification in demand and/or supply chain management Preferred (i.e. APICS CPIM or CSCP, IBF Certified professional forecaster, etc.)
Lean Six Sigma credentials (Green Belt/ Black Belt) is a Plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong business background with high customer orientation.
Experience with demand statistical modeling.
Advance knowledge of Demand Forecasting practices and software (i.e. Kinaxis® Maestro)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal relationship building skills.
Leader with the ability to influence, collaborate and coach teams across a large geographically diverse organization
Ability to inspire change to deliver measurable results

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $106,400.00–$159,575.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
