Job DescriptionDemand alignment with sales manager and ensuring supply planning mainly from Bosch plantsCreate delivery plansDaily contact with the sales team, product managers and suppliers to fulfill orders (main focus)Analyze key metric customer service level and find measures for improvementsABC Classification of partsAnalyze, plan and track key planning parameters (safety stock, lead time, min lot size, rounding value etc.) for optimization of customer service and inventory levelManage bottleneck situations and supply concernsCoordinate physical movement of materialReadiness of being key user of SAP-EWM and planning tool MaestroParticipation in improvement projects aimed at automating and optimizing activities

Qualifications5+ of experience in procurement planningStrong analytical skills; organized with excellent time management and follow up skillsAbility to work independently and effectively with international supply baseTarget and service orientedStrong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other departments and different levels of managementKey user ability for planning systemAdvanced Microsoft Office skills requiredEducation: completed university studies in business economics, logistics, business informatics or a comparable subjectExperience and Knowledge: experience in building and maintaining a network of international marketing, sales and customer contacts and experts; understanding of planning processes; experience in dealing with Big Data in Excel, Power BI and other IT applicationsLanguages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English
