Responsibilities:
Develop and manage 24-month demand plans for key product portfolios.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance forecast accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and ensure customer satisfaction.Translate market insights into actionable supply chain plans while leveraging advanced analytics and forecasting tools to support our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.Manage Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, facilitate demand review meetings, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Analyze market trends, historical data, and business intelligence to create accurate forecasts while maintaining strong partnerships with Product Management, Commercial, Finance, and Manufacturing teams.Apply expertise to optimize inventory levels, reduce excess and obsolescence risk, and ensure efficient production planning.
Requirements:
Advanced Degree, no prior experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain managementPreferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldAPICS certification preferredCSCMP or comparable supply chain certification a plusProficiency in demand planning systems (SAP, Forecast Pro, Kinaxis, or similar platforms)Advanced analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling and forecasting techniquesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointExperience with business intelligence tools like Power BIClear verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior leadershipExperience in S&OP processes and inventory managementExperience in cross-functional team collaboration and project managementExperience using Lean business practices and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience in life sciences, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry preferredAbility to work in a matrix organizationProblem-solving skills with data-driven decision making capabilityEnglish proficiency required; additional languages a plus
