Job Title: Deltek Ajera Functional Consultant
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Deltek Ajera Functional Consultant to enhance and improve our Deltek Ajera system. You will identify and recommend ways to address accounting and finance issues, such as discrepancies in profit and loss statements, incorrect journal entries, and cash amount inaccuracies. Additionally, you will play a key role in reconciling financial records currently split between QuickBooks and Deltek Ajera, including transactions from 2014-2020.
Responsibilities
Enhance the Deltek Ajera system to improve efficiency and accuracy.Identify and recommend solutions for accounting and finance issues.Resolve discrepancies in profit and loss statements and journal entries.Reconcile financial records between QuickBooks and Deltek Ajera.Collaborate with internal and outsourced accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting.Essential Skills
Proficient experience with Deltek Ajera.Strong background in accounting and finance.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to teach and guide team members on Deltek Ajera.Collaborative skills to work effectively with internal and outsourced accountants.Work Environment
This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility in your work location. The first month requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, while the subsequent three months may range from 5 to 10 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on project needs.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, Maryland.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $110.00/hr.
