Work you'll do As a Solution Analyst in our Government & Public Services practice, you'll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below. We are currently recruiting Creative Design Solutions, Solution Analysts whose skills and interests align with the below knowledge areas: Knowledge Areas - Creative Design Solutions + Designs high-fidelity mockups and low-fidelity wireframes, creates clickable prototypes, and documents design requirements to support handoff to development + Lays the foundation for design files, including setting up design systems and components within Figma, creating style guides, and defining page layouts and templates + Supports conversations led by functional analysts on project scope and features. Qualifications Required + Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor's Degree with a target graduation date by Spring/Summer 2026 in these or related areas of study: + UX/UI Design, Human-Center Design, Digital Communications, Computer Science + Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required) + Must submit design portfolio upon application, with UI Design examples or case studies + Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations + Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future + Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance + Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment Preferred + Able to translate concepts into user flows, user stories, user journeys, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. + A portfolio that demonstrates your personal style and proficiency in designing responsive web or mobile apps + Experience with Figma The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
