Work you'll do
As a Solution Analyst in our Government & Public Services practice, you'll work with an experienced team to act an advisor to clients to help them successfully implement and adopt new technologies or business process changes. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below. We are currently recruiting Communications and Training Solutions, Solution Analysts whose skills and interests align with the below description:
Communications and Training Solutions, Solution Analyst
+ This Solution Analyst provides comprehensive solutions and services to support transformational efforts within organizations. This role focuses on supporting development and execution of change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs to help clients achieve their strategic goals and drive long-term adoption, engagement, and behavioral change. By combining expertise in change management, communications, and training, this professional helps organizations achieve successful transformation, ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and equipped to embrace new ways of working.

Qualifications
Required
+ Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor's Degree with a target graduation date by Spring/Summer 2026 in these or related areas of study:
+ Advertising, Business, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Journalism, Management, Marketing, Psychology
+ Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
+ Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA, with the ability to commute to the assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
+ Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
+ Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
Preferred:
+ Familiarity and demonstrated interest in Change Management, Communications and Training work through internships, professional organizations, volunteer work, coursework, certifications, etc.
+ Comfort with learning new technologies, i.e. A/I Tools, Authoring Tools, Variety of Software Platforms, etc.
+ Project management support and work plan development experience
+ Strong attention to detail, time management and task follow-up/completion skills
+ Demonstrated creativity, self-confidence, and ability to navigate ambiguity
+ Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $67,500 - $70,500.
