Job Title: Delivery Service DispatcherJob Description

The Delivery Service Dispatcher will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing CO2 tanks. The role involves logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This position demands accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The role includes a comprehensive training program with three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.

The position is based onsite in an air-conditioned office setting in Stuart, FL. The work environment is collaborative, with a supportive team culture. The initial training is conducted Monday through Friday, either from 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM, for three weeks in the classroom followed by one week of hands-on training. Multiple schedules are available, including positions with varying days off and work hours ranging from early mornings to evenings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
