**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented **Delivery & Proposal Associate Manager** to support the development of medium‑ to low‑complexity clinical trial proposals within our global Sales Contract & Proposal Development team. You will play a key role in reviewing RFPs, preparing budget deliverables, supporting proposal text and scope development, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality outputs for our customers.
This role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills, experience working with RFPs, and an interest in driving operational excellence across proposal processes. Would also suit individuals looking to move into the commercial space from an operational area.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Proposal Review & Budget Development**
+ Review RFPs for clinical trial add‑on and standalone budget opportunities.
+ Support budget development for medium‑ and low‑complexity proposals.
+ Identify necessary inputs for proposal text, scope of work, and budget preparation.
+ Ensure alignment between defined scope and budget accuracy.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Work closely with global proposal development teams to finalize customer deliverables.
+ Participate in internal strategy calls to clarify customer requirements and discrepancies.
+ Distribute finalized documents to internal stakeholders and clients.
**Quality & Process Improvement**
+ Conduct quality control reviews and editing of proposal documents.
+ Update and maintain internal databases and reporting tools.
+ Participate in and sometimes lead internal initiatives focused on process improvement.
**Training & Team Support**
+ Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members.
+ Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices across the proposal team.
**Required Qualifications**
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, or a related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of direct experience in proposals, contracts, or relevant industry operations (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
+ Typically 2–3 years of prior experience in a proposal development environment.
**Skills & Competencies**
+ Strong understanding of the CRO industry.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Ability to interpret RFPs and clinical trial protocols.
+ Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams.
