Otis is growing and looking for a Delivery Operations Lead for the BeNeLux region.

What will you do?

As Delivery Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Delivery Operations team within the BeNeLux. You ensure that all operational services are delivered efficiently, on time, and with high quality to both internal and external stakeholders

You play a key role in optimizing processes, strengthening collaboration between teams, and fostering a culture focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilitiesLeading the Delivery Operations team, including work planners, inside sales, Customer Care Desk, and Otisline.Coaching, motivating, and developing team members to achieve KPIs and quality goals.Optimizing workflows and deploying resources effectively.Monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback.Promoting a customer-centric culture and ensuring high customer satisfaction.Actively contributing to process improvement, standardization, and harmonization.Collaborating with Sales, Field Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments.Reporting to the Western Europe Delivery Operations Lead and being part of the BeNeLux Management Team.

What do we expect from you?Bachelor-level education or equivalent experience.At least 3–5 years of leadership experience within our organization.Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to improvement.Clear communication skills and the ability to lead people through change.Experience with systems such as ERP, CRM, or workflow tools.Professional proficiency in English, and additionally Dutch and/or French.
