**Delivery Operations Lead**
**Location:** UK/US
**Level:** Management Track – M35
**Role Purpose**
The Delivery Operations Lead is a key role responsible for standing up Enterprise Delivery and building a sustainable, scalable delivery operating model and building all delivery processes for enterprise – including those cross BU. This position ensures strong governance, efficient processes, tool usage and seamless interlocks with other Business Units (BUs) to enable consistent, high-quality delivery across the enterprise.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Governance & Rhythm of Business (ROB)**
+ Lead governance frameworks for enterprise delivery lifecycle and ROB.
+ Partner with Product Ops and Finance to design decision-making matrices and ensure financial visibility for leaders.
+ Run delivery cadence meetings, reporting, and dashboards (including execution plan and audit follow-up items).
+ Define roles and responsibilities for the delivery ecosystem, including interlocks with Enterprise Hub, other BUs, and corporate functions.
**Execution Planning**
+ Design and implement delivery execution plans with the Head of Enterprise Delivery.
+ Track milestones, KPIs, and progress against execution plans.
**Data & Reporting**
+ Own tracking and reporting of KPIs and performance metrics (forecasting, milestones, customer satisfaction).
+ Collaborate with Enterprise Strategy and other BUs to define KPIs for customer satisfaction across all enterprise products delivered via the Enterprise Hub.
**Process Management & Optimization**
+ Lead due diligence on workflows across delivery partners, professional services, and customer success teams including those sitting in multiple BUs.
+ Build and implement processes across BU for delivery of enterprise products and services.
+ Build processes for delivery of professional services.
+ Implement best practices for intake, prioritization, and delivery on the roadmap/execution plan.
+ Manage delivery tools and transformation projects; interface with OCTO for tooling needs.
**Transformation**
+ Drive transformation of delivery stand-up and financial processes in partnership with ELS Finance.
+ Support automation initiatives for customer success and vendor optimization.
**Vendor Optimization**
+ Lead due diligence on vendor and tooling requirements across BUs and PM tools; collaborate with RevOps and OCTO on tool selection and implementation.
**People & Culture**
+ Support engagement plans and change management initiatives in partnership with HR and functional leaders.
+ Track OKRs and contribute to communication rollouts.
**Qualifications & Experience**
**Experience:**
+ 10+ years in delivery operations, program management, or enterprise operations leadership.
+ Proven ability to design and implement scalable operating models and governance frameworks.
+ Strong understanding of enterprise delivery processes, financial controls, and tooling ecosystems.
**Skills:**
+ Operational rigor and process optimization expertise.
+ Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
+ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
