Key Responsibilities

Keeps our field activities running smoothly and efficientlyLiaise and coordinate with field teams on operational needsRaise purchase requests and perform goods receiptRaise Inventory Sales Order for drawing of parts from warehouseArrange and track delivery of materials and equipmentWork closely with the Payable teams to ensure that data is captured accurately in the Payable system to facilitate invoice processingGenerate reports on Purchase requests and Goods receipt and follow up on any aged items and disputesInvolve and facilitate internal and external audit requirements when necessaryManage any ad hoc project for system enhancement or process improvement to streamline and optimize the contract booking workflowAny Adhoc activities

Job Requirements:

Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in any fieldExperience in Construction industry preferredWilling to work on contract basisProficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint and ExcelFamiliarity with ERP system (JDE)Team player with proactive attitudeOrganized and detailed orientedHigh commitment to ensure delivery of tasksHigh sense to urgencyAble to handle volume transaction – speed of delivery
