About the role – Delivery Manager

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Delivery Manager will drive a safety culture that delivers results that directly impact on our ongoing success.

You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our in-field team of Construction Managers Distribution Lineworkers, as well as the office team to safely deliver for our electrical utility clients.

Key responsibilities

Actively promote and embed UGL's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture within the teamOverseeing overhead and underground construction and maintenance operations, ensuring quality, cost, safety, and performance standards are met within timelinesDriving continuous improvement in performance, deliverables, and work efficienciesFostering a positive team culture of inclusion, responsiveness, honesty, and accountability

About You

We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to safety, leadership, integrity and innovation. Your qualifications and experience should include:

Minimum 5 years management experience in the ESI, or equivalent high volume/high risk industry sectorExperience in managing a team of field staff in safe, on-time delivery of high volume/high risk work activitiesExperience on the Western Power network and/or managing Lineworkers, particularly in live line glove barrier works is highly desirableAbility to build a strong team and invest in their growthProficiency in MS Word and Excel
