Summary: We are seeking a Technical Lead/Data Manager with a strong background in data warehousing and ETL, combined with proven people leadership experience. This role is approximately 60% technical and 40% management, making it ideal for someone who has grown from a developer or technical lead into a leadership role. The Delivery Manager will guide a team's workload, deliverables, and output, and will have ownership of projects. This position is a key step toward becoming a future team manager. Responsibilities: * Provide technical leadership and oversight for data warehousing, data movement, and data exchange projects * Partner with team members to plan, prioritize, and deliver project work while ensuring high-quality outcomes * Act as a bridge between technical execution and leadership by aligning team deliverables with business needs * Mentor and guide team members; provide feedback and help resolve conflicts when necessary * Manage project ownership including scope, schedules, and deliverables * Support resource planning and budgeting discussions as needed * Leverage a technical background to understand the team's work, challenges, and solutions, even if not hands-on coding * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels skills
