Join us! **Job Description:** This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. The Delivery Lead is responsible for technology deliverables and integration points. They must be strong at anticipating and quickly resolving technology challenges in advance and are accountable for resolving blockers for the team. They will coordinate and onboard all technical partners. They will facilitate meetings, write project plans and provide regular updates to stakeholders. The Delivery Leads are accountable for execution and integration with all enterprise standards for project delivery. **Responsibilities:** + Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.) + Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams + Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline + Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule + Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements + Supports resource planning for delivery and execution + Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards **Required Qualifications:** + 10+ years’ experience as a project manager implementing technology-based projects. + Ability to effectively manage project delivery and collaborate with various technology partners and agile teams. + Experience with Microsoft Project required. + Experience in working on multiple projects at the same time. + Good time management skills: ability to set priorities, adapt to team needs and meet deadlines. + Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization. + Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. + Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques. + Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills. + Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation and conflict-management skills. + Strong experience with Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint are required. **Desired Qualifications:** + PMP or Agile certification is preferred.
