Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
Responsibilities:
Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teamsFacilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timelineProvides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and scheduleWorks with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirementsSupports resource planning for delivery and executionEnsures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standardsManagerial Responsibilities:

The Technology Delivery Lead is responsible for delivering technology products that align with business objectives and to support existing applications. The ideal candidate will ensure that the technology solutions adhere to applicable standards, manage relationships with business and technology partners, and maintain stability and performance of existing applications in production. This role requires a deep understanding of solution components and their interoperability, strong vendor relationship management skills, and the ability to manage application risk effectively.
Responsibilities:
Technology Solution Delivery: Lead the delivery of technology products that meet defined business outcomes, ensuring solution comply with organizational standards and policies.Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with business and technology partners, acting as a liaison to align technology solutions with business needs.Application Support: Oversee the maintenance and support of existing applications, ensuring their health, resiliency, performance, security, and compliance with data management standards.Vendor Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors ensuring the delivery of quality services and issue resolutions.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with in-house and vendor applications and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.Solution Design and Architecture: Understand all components of solutions and their interactions guiding the design and architecture to ensure cohesive and efficient systems.Minimum Years of Experience
