Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT Delivery Lead to drive delivery across Cards technology, with an immediate focus on Visa programs including Click to Pay and Youth Cards. This role requires a technically strong delivery lead who can take a High-Level Design (HLD) and confidently drive end-to-end delivery across multiple domains and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery across Cards Microservices and Cards Mainframe

Drive multiple projects/programs concurrently in a complex banking environment

Own delivery from HLD through execution and release

Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues

Coordinate across technology, business, vendors, and scheme partners

Manage delivery using JIRA and Confluence

Provide clear delivery status and escalation to senior stakeholders

Required Experience

Proven IT Delivery Lead / Program Delivery experience in banking or financial services

Strong technical understanding; able to engage with architects and engineers

Experience delivering across multiple technology domains

Comfortable working from HLDs

Strong stakeholder management skills

Highly proactive, assertive, and delivery-focused

Desirable

Cards or payments experience

Visa or card scheme exposure

Experience with Microservices and Mainframe
