My customer is seeking a capable, proven technology delivery lead to support a number of ongoing technology initiatives within its org. This role is expected to be a three-year effort with the possibility of FTE conversion along the way with superb performance (highly dependent upon industry status and headcount availability at later dates). This role will only consider local W2 employees - corp-to-corp and sub vendor candidates will not be considered. Top Skills + 5+ years of large enterprise Project Management + Experience running multi-million-dollar projects + Experience with Agile/Jira for project engagement and tracking + Excellent communication skills - someone who can effectively interface with stakeholders and technology execs Functional Skills Required + Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments within a single business unit. + Manages, leads and directs the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project and/or organizationally aligned as direct reports. + Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution. + Responsibilities include: Manage Project Scope, Timeline and Budget/Expenses; Obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities; Oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration and implementation; Risk Management and Mitigation Planning + Readiness/Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management + Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied; Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $54.00/hr.
