Delivery Driver
Job Title: STCA Job Description As an STCA, you will manage approximately 6 to 8 customer appointments daily. You will be responsible for operating a company-owned vehicle to visit customers' homes, finalize vehicle purchases, greet customers, inspect cars for sale, and facilitate paperwork completion using an iPad. Your role will also include accurately maintaining customer records within our tracking system. Safe driving and a clean driving record are essential, as is a team-oriented approach to assist colleagues when needed. Responsibilities + Handle 6 to 8 customer appointments each day. + Operate a company-owned vehicle to drive to customers' homes for vehicle purchase finalization. + Greet customers and inspect the cars they are selling. + Assist customers in completing paperwork on an iPad. + Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the customer tracking system. + Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record according to the CMV Driver Qualification policy. + Collaborate with team members and assist with various tasks as needed. Essential Skills + Strong customer service skills. + Ability to accurately handle and process paperwork. + Proficient in using electronic devices such as iPads for documentation. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Sense of humor and a passion for enhancing the customer experience. + Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Must be at least 18 years of age. + Clean driving record. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN 55121. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
