About the Opportunity: 

Reporting into the Branch Manager, the focus of your role will be to ensure orders are delivered safely on farm and in full. Tasks are varied and will include:

Goods receipt and dispatch  Management of stock, pick and pack orders Forklift operation Goods receipt and dispatch Loading and unloading trucks Inventory control Assisting with sales in the branch when required Merchandising and processing sales transactions Responding to customer queries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction Maintaining a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment

 

About You:

To be successful you will be a self-motivated and driven person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships. In addition, you will have:

Truck licence – HR is required. A current and clean drivers’ licence is required and a forklift ticket is advantageous.   Focus on safety for yourself and your workmates. Prior inventory and stock control experience High attention to detail Excellent communication skills  High level of customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize the workload whilst ensuring completion of all tasks in a timely manner
