**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Delivery Consultant, you will work closely with IBM clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions that align with your clients' goals. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery while leveraging your consultative skills such as problem-solving issue- / hypothesis-based methodologies, communication, and service orientation skills. · Solving Client Challenges Effectively: Understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions that helps them reach true business value by working thru the phases of design, development integration, implementation, migration and product support with a sense of urgency.
· Agile Planning and Execution: Creating and executing agile plans where you are responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations.
· Technical Solution Workshops: Conducting and participating in technical solution workshops.
· Building Effective Relationships: Developing successful relationships at all levels —from engineers to CxOs—with experience of navigating challenging debate to reach healthy resolutions.

**Required technical and professional expertise**
Hard Skills & Core Technology Mastery:
· Deep OpenPages Architecture (v8.3 - 9.1.x): Comprehensive mastery of the OpenPages GRC platform architecture, specifically versions 8.3 through the latest 9.2 releases. Demonstrated ability to utilize migration tools for complex migrations, schema loading, and configuration management across environments.
· Advanced Development & Customization: Proficiency in building Triggers (Java/JSP) and Custom Helpers using React.js. Deep understanding of the OpenPages REST API structure for external integrations and custom automation.
· Infrastructure & Cloud Native: Solid experience in OpenPages installation, patching, and infrastructure management in both On-Premise and Cloud environments (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure). Mandatory knowledge of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift containerization strategies tailored for GRC.
· IBM Ecosystem Integration: Experience integrating OpenPages with the broader IBM Data & AI stack, including IBM Cloud Pak for Data, IBM Watson OpenScale (for AI governance), and IBM App Connect.
· Market & Competitor Awareness: Familiarity with the functional and technical landscapes of major GRC competitors (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, MetricStream) to articulate IBM's technical differentiation effectively. Direct implementation experience with these competing platforms is considered a strong advantage.
· Data & Analytics: Strong command of R, Java, and SQL (Oracle/DB2).
Functional Skills & Solution Design:
· End-to-End Configuration: Expert capability in designing and implementing core GRC constructs: Object Types, Profiles, Field Groups, and Dependent Fields. Ability to create complex, logic-driven Workflows and lifecycle transitions.
· Advanced Security Architecture & Access Control:
o Core Security Model: Deep expertise in defining and organizing Role Templates and implementing granular Security Rules based on complex business logic.
o Hierarchy & Context: Mastery of Folder-based security structures and organization to ensure appropriate data segregation across business units.
o Front-End Security: Proven ability to configure advanced Task View security, specifically utilizing JSON rules for dependency logic and field/section visibility (display types) based on user roles and object states.
o Workflow Security: Experience in designing workflow logic that enforces precise Assignee handling, stage-based permissions, and dynamic role resolution during object transitions.
· UI/UX & User Interaction: Advanced skills in configuring Task Views, Grid Views, and Home Pages to optimize user experience. Ability to design intuitive dashboards that drive user adoption.
· AI-Driven Implementation: Practical experience in configuring and deploying AI features within OpenPages (e.g., object association recommendations, translation services) to modernize GRC processes.
· Investigative Engineering: A proactive, "hacker-mindset" approach to troubleshooting. Demonstrated habit of leveraging diverse technical sources—including IBM Support Forums, Reddit, Quora, Stack Overflow, and technical YouTube channels—to solve undocumented challenges.
· Minimum 3 years of experience with active participation in OpenPages or complex enterprise software projects.
Industry Knowledge:
· Proven experience in regulated industries, specifically Banking/Financial Services or Telecommunications.
Languages:
· Spanish: Native/Fluent
· English: Intermediate / Advanced (Must be capable of technical argumentation).
· Portuguese: Basic / Intermediate (Highly Desirable).
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
· Reporting & Intelligence: Deep expertise in IBM Cognos Analytics integration with OpenPages. Ability to author complex reports, manage Datasets, and design "Intelligent Interactions" that provide actionable insights to C-suite stakeholders.
· Low-Code/No-Code Agility: Proven ability to leverage low-code features within the platform to solve business problems rapidly without heavy customization, reducing technical debt.
· AI-Accelerated Development: Demonstrated workflow of using Generative AI tools (LLMs) to accelerate the writing of code (Java/React), generation of unit tests, and creation of documentation/user stories.
· Client Delivery Excellence: A track record of delivering "extraordinary" results—solutions that not only meet requirements but surprise and delight clients through innovative UI/UX or automation.
