We’re looking for a roll-up your sleeves person to join our team and build a career as a **Delivery Associate I** in **Vancouver, BC.** **DESCRIPTION** Responsible for the timely delivery of our coffee and related products to our customers. The Delivery Associate I is an important part of the operations team and is responsible for ensuring that our customer’s expectations and needs are fully satisfied. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Performs timely delivery of coffee and related products to the customers on an assigned route (approximately 20 deliveries per day); + Performs preventive maintenance in order to decrease the number of service calls. + Maintain a safe work environment following all legislative requirements and Company policies and procedures. _This list is not exhaustive._ _Any other related duties as may be assigned_ _by the manager._ **Responsibilities:** **QUALIFICATIONS** + High School diploma; + 1 year in similar driving/delivery role; + Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract; **COMPETENCIES** + Bilingualism in concerned provinces; + Strong communication skills; + Strong customer service skills; + Demonstrated computer literacy including working knowledge of email, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet.
