MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Comply with labor regulations, fire prevention and firefighting (PCCC) rules, and all company policies at the warehouse.

Print consolidated picking lists and delivery notes for agents, supermarkets, and the sales team.

Enter, verify, and archive delivery data and related documents.

Control outbound invoices (VAT invoices).

Monitor vehicle departure and return times for each trip.

Report daily delivery status.

Evaluate and score the performance of the delivery department.

Process payments for road tolls, parking/terminal fees, loading/unloading, and outsourced vehicle rentals.

Track attendance and overtime of the delivery team.

Implement and monitor the Home Delivery program.

Support the delivery team leader’s tasks when requested.

Prepare reports related to the delivery department.

Carry out other tasks assigned by the team supervisor and Warehouse Director.

Support and cooperate with colleagues in daily work.
