Monday - Thursday: 10:30AM -7:30PM 

Friday: 8AM-2PM

If you're reliable, friendly, and hard-working, this could be your next great opportunity. As a Prep Cook, you'll work to ensure that high-quality, properly seasoned, and nutritious food is prepared and served safely. You’ll be a valued team member, contributing to the overall success of the dining program and assisting in all areas of food service as needed.

Responsibilities:

Prepares food items according to established recipes and menus in a way that preserves freshness, quality, and visual appeal. Ensures all food is ready for use within the established time frame, supporting smooth meal service operations. Utilizes safe food handling techniques and maintains proper food storage, labeling, and dating standards. Maintains food at appropriate temperatures (below 40°F if cold, above 135°F if hot) and keeps accurate food safety logs. Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including proper sanitization and the use of protective equipment. Communicates effectively with supervisors and team members regarding food production needs and kitchen operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 1 year of food service or catering experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills

Benefits & Pay:
