Must be able to work in a team 

Must be able to work days and night and weekends 

Must be flexible to work last minute in covering absence or leave 

Must have a CCTV licence 

Must be able to work in the CCTV control room without the need own personal phone on them 

Must be able to communicate well 

Must be able to write detailed reports 

Must be able to work effectively under pressure
