The Decision Support Senior Analyst (Senior Financial Planning Analyst) will play a critical role in the financial planning and analysis in the Commercial Finance & Decision Support function, providing strategic insights and supporting decision-making processes. This role involves analyzing financial data, creating forecasts, and developing financial models to guide the company's financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of annual budget, quarterly forecast and long-term financial plansPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsConduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesDevelop and maintain complex financial & pricing models to support strategic initiatives and recommendations to senior managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insightsProvide financial insights and recommendations to senior managementSupport ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as neededEnsure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree holderCPA and Big 4 experience an advantage but not requiredDegree in Finance, Accounting or Business with Finance concentration. 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, financial modeling or a related roleDeep understanding of revenue or cost metrics & reporting working in a global organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniquesSystem knowledge: Intermediate Excel, Power Point, Oracle Fusion, Hyperion, PeoplesoftAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience of achieving results in an international environment, in a centralized function working through regular interactions by email, phone or video conference with appreciation of differences in culture, time zones and legal frameworks (preferred).Understanding of BPO industry Revenue and Billing process
