**Job Title: Deburr Technician** **Job Description**
The Deburr Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that parts meet customer specifications by blending mismatches and breaking edges. This position requires minimal supervision and a strong understanding of customer requirements such as BAC 5300 and BAC 5730. The Technician utilizes various tools including deburr guns and pencil grinders to achieve the desired outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Blend mismatches and edge break parts to meet customer specifications.
+ Understand and adhere to customer requirements like BAC 5300 and BAC 5730.
+ Utilize deburr guns, pencil grinders, and other tools to meet specifications.
+ Ensure quality and precision in deburring tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in deburring, deburr, and grinding techniques.
+ Experience with hand tools and deburr guns.
+ Familiarity with pencil grinders.
+ Basic experience with Microsoft Office.
+ Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

+ Demonstrates a good attitude toward work and punctuality.
+ Follows instructions with strong attention to detail.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
+ Mechanically inclined with good manual dexterity.

**Work Environment**
The role is based in a large manufacturing facility that specializes in making engine pylons, struts, wing boxes, wings, wheel wells, and interior components.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, WA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
