Volt is hiring for Deburring Lead positions in St. Paul, MN.

As a Deburring Lead you will:

Ensure all work complies with company and quality standards. Understand and actively promote the company’s mission, values, and quality policy. Demonstrate key personal characteristics: positive attitude, intelligence, integrity, and humility. Maintain strong attention to detail, accuracy, and workmanship. Exhibit excellent hand dexterity and proficiency with basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators). Read, interpret, and apply information from blueprints. Exercise sound judgment and effective decision-making. Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to work overtime as needed. Work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. Apply strategic planning skills, including time management and risk assessment, to manage workflow. Foster teamwork and a positive work environment through leadership and team-building. Serve as a mentor by promoting safe work habits, sharing expertise, and building confidence to support professional growth of others.

 

This is a full-time opportunity.  Monday- Friday, 6am- 2:30pm

 

The ideal candidate will have:

3+ plus years of precision metal finishing experience. 2 + years of experience leading a team of sheet metal operators Completion of an apprenticeship program, technical or trade school training program is a plus.

Pay Rate: $22-25/hr.

 

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
