The Deburr Operator is responsible for finishing, cleaning, and preparing precision components by removing sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, patience, and the ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment.
Responsibilities:
Use tools such as files, grinders, sanders, and polishing equipment to remove burrs and smooth edges.Follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards. Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Education: No formal education required.
Skills:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools.Ability to lift up to 50 lbsRelated Experience: Detail-oriented
