Your success is our success\. **Description** JOB SUMMARY: To remove burrs, nicks and rough edges from sheet metal parts\. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: + Operates a variety of power/hand tools and semiautomatic and/or standard deburr equipment to remove burrs, nicks, scratches, rough and sharp edges from sheet metal parts\. - Perform routine hand deburring operations such as sanding, polishing, grinding and finishing part in accordance with accepted shop standards\. o Selects proper machine pressure setting according to material specifications\. - Secures, mounts, and replaces abrasive pads as required\. - Exercises care and judgment while loading conveyer feed for proper size parts and machine capacity\. + Requires close visual attention while work is in progress to prevent damage to parts or machine\. + Responsible only for own work\. + Performs other related duties as required\. **Qualifications** EDUCATION: Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification\. EXPERIENCE: No experience required\.
