The Dean of Students is responsible for overseeing the social, emotional, and behavioral development of students in a non-public school setting. This includes promoting a positive school culture, ensuring student discipline, and supporting the academic and personal growth of all students. The Dean will work closely with staff, parents, and students to uphold the school’s mission, vision, and values while creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all learners. This position currently reports to the Vice President of Schools.
