They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.Those in deal strategy at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their deal-making processes.

Manage HR due diligence activities across various M&A projects, focusing on HR-related integration / carved-out planning, execution, and PMO management.Lead HR integration planning and execution, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.Facilitate workshops to develop HR solutions and synergy realization plans.Deliver HR transformation initiatives across organizational structures and HR processes specific to M&A scenarios.Collaborate with clients in strategic HR planning for carve-outs and integrations.Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.5-7 years of HR consulting experience from leading firms.Exposure to deal/M&A projects is highly preferred.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and transformation methodologies.Ability to manage multiple work streams and deliver project outcomes.Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.Preferably, hold a CHRP certification or similar HR-related certification.Expertise in HRIS systems and talent management software will be a plus point.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Ability to design and implement change management strategies.Experience with cultural integration in mergers and acquisitions.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
