Key Responsibilities:
Load the deal into the virtual queue and initiate the Zoom call for the Virtual Finance Manager (VFM). Transition the customer to the Virtual Finance Manager and clearly set expectations for the Virtual Finance Interface (VFI) processSupport positive influence regarding the products offered by the Virtual Finance ManagerAccurately prepare all federal, state, and dealership paperwork related to the transaction, and submit it to the Accounting Department in a timely mannerResolve documentation issues with the Accounting Department, including correcting paperwork errors and addressing held offeringsProcess and monitor the funding of finance contracts within established time framesSecure and finalize all transactions in a legal, ethical, and efficient manner while maintaining high productivityWork effectively in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent communication skillsMaintain proficiency with commonly used computer programs and systems that integrate with dealership operations and financial institutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with the accounting team, Sales team, and managementConsistently demonstrate behaviors aligned with the Company’s Values in all interactions with coworkers and vendors
Qualifications:
Prior experience in Sales, Service, or F&I departments within a dealership requiredStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels inside and outside the organizationHighly self‑motivated with exceptional customer‑facing abilitiesPositive attitude with a high‑energy, professional demeanorProfessional appearance and strong work ethicAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsExperience with Darwin and CDK systems is a plusIn addition to competitive pay, we offer our associates the following benefits:
