Dealer Support Coordinator
**Assignment through Kelly Services for Nissan Canada - Extended Services** **Location:** Mississauga **Pay Rate:** $30/hr + 4% vacation pay **Schedule:** Hybrid (Monday to Wednesday in office, Thursday to Friday remote, 8:30am-5:00pm) **_This will be a 9 to 12 moths’ assignment_** Join a high-performing and innovative team supporting Nissan Canada Extended Services. As a Dealer Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in empowering Nissan and Infiniti dealerships and field staff, providing superior customer service and operational support in a vibrant, inclusive, and cross-functional environment. **What You’ll Do:** + **Dealer & Customer Support (40%)** Deliver responsive and knowledgeable support for Extended Service Contracts (ESC), Prepaid Maintenance Plans (PMP), and related products. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, Dealer Request System (DRS), and a ticketing system—meeting a 4-hour ticket response time. + **Product Expertise & Policy Management (30%)** Be the trusted subject matter expert for NCESI product policies and procedures. Handle exception requests, transfers, cancellations, and contract suspensions. + **Sales & Claims Guidance (10%)** Review performance reports. Advise dealers and field staff on sales and claims activities. + **Financial & Administrative Support (10%)** Prepare monthly reports, process vendor invoice payments, reconcile dealer billings, and issue refund cheques under the guidance of the NCESI Controller. + **Project Management & Ad Hoc Tasks (10%)** Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the NCESI Team Leader or Operations Manager. **Day-to-Day:** + Take calls and manage a growing ticketing system—calls may spike (e.g., Mondays and month-end). + Reply to cases by designated timelines, handle daily emails, and pull/report data. + Use systems such as PTRX, NCESI’s Internet platform, and mainframe for contract and case management. + Use Excel (basic to intermediate: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, matching data sets, pulling reports), plus Word, PowerPoint, and Tableau for reporting and presentations. + Collaborate with internal departments; may work with reimbursement claims. + Contribute new ideas and drive efficiencies in processes. **What You Bring:** + **Education:** Minimum High School Diploma required; post-secondary or college degree preferred. Accounting or automotive marketing background an asset. + **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in automotive dealership roles (administrative, sales, service, warranty, or equivalent). + **Technical Skills:** Solid understanding of MS Office (especially Excel). Ability to pull and match data, create simple formulas, and support reporting needs. + **Professional Skills:** Excellent communicator; capable of coaching and liaising with dealers and field staff by phone, email, and ticketing system. Strong diplomacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. + **Mindset:** Independent, resourceful, and eager to drive improvement.
