The Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) program is designed to improve the Selling Partner experience on Amazon and accelerate growth through holistic account management by AMPS Merchant Consultants. Our team will invent and innovate through technology, expand programs to enable Seller's long-term growth, and implement global solutions by working with the US, EU and China teams.
We are seeking a Deal & Marketing Program Manager to drive transformational growth. In this role, you will own two strategic initiatives: (1) scaling our Deal program to maximize both impact and quality, and (2) launching a new Marketing acceleration program that unlocks Seller growth potential. You will define strategy, prioritize roadmaps, deliver high-impact projects across cross-functional teams & stakeholders, and measurably improve outcomes for Sellers.
The ideal candidate brings a customer-obsessed mindset, strong business intuition, and proven data analysis skills. Success requires high judgment, stakeholder influence, analytical excellence, and exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Key job responsibilities
- Establish business strategy, plans and priorities for Deal program
- Dive deep into Seller feedback to identify remaining opportunities, create effective offers that drive Seller GMS growth
- Collaborate with domestic and global cross-functional teams
- Lead business process automation initiatives in collaboration with Data Science and BI teams
- Monitor and report the business performance to stakeholders including senior leadership
- Dive deep into the issues to identify root cause, create and implement remediation plans
- Continuously improve and evolve the Deal/Marketing program through various growth initiatives
- Responsible for documentation for business reviews and annual plans
