Deal Management Specialist with German

The aim of the position is to ensure that the customer contracts are reported and renewed on time in the SAP system, quotes are created with the correct scope to the Sales Force and pricing setups are made precisely and on time in both SAP and iScala systems.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Handle, track and resolve inbound queries related to Deal Management and Pricing

Keep in contact with Sales Force, Order Support Group, Billing Team, Master Data Team, Commercial Finance and Local Service teams to ensure smooth processing of quotes, contracts and pricing

Handle and track the expiring contracts

Inform the Sales Force about the expiring contracts

Chase Sales Force to negotiate the new contracts

Create quotes and contracts

Renew or extend the contracts

Investigating Price Mismatch request for Order Support Group

 Qualifications:

2 years of relevant professional experience, with analysis and problem-solving skills

Master’s degree completed in finance, accounting, business or a related area or equivalent professional experience

Previous experience in Finance related or Shared Services area with analysis and problem-solving skills

Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and Access

Knowledge of SAP with clear understanding of financial processes 

Good command of English in speaking and writing

Good command of German

Any other European language (French, Italian, Spanish) is an asset

Basic knowledge of Ecolab’s divisions, products and services

Customer‑focused communicator with strong teamwork, networking, and conflict‑handling skills

Proactive problem‑solver with flexibility, initiative, and solid business acumen.

Continuous learner who follows instructions effectively and adapts quickly to new tools and processes
