As part of a team, you will be surrounded by bright minds and keen co-creators—always willing to help and be helped—as you apply passion to work that will positively impact the world around us. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Deal Facilitator (Proposal Specialist for Expert Labs) you will: * Develop and deliver high quality and responsive proposals and contracts for Technology Expert Lab Services. * Provide essential knowledge, support, and teaming to help sellers and opportunity owners through the bid/pricing and proposal management process using techniques, tools, processes and knowledge of IBM Technology Expert Labs. * Strong Collaboration with Solution Architects, Sellers, Legal and Delivery regarding bid decisions, risk mitigation, pricing, and proposal development * Support management with forecasting and reporting. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Strong ability to work in teams while demonstrating autonomy and precision in working with numbers and tools. * Professional business communication and cross-team communication - written and verbal. * Time management skills to complete assignments by scheduled date. * Detail-oriented focus. * Self-motivated problem solving. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Desirable experience with operations, finance, project management. * Desirable experience with working in globally integrated organization for services delivery.
