To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **This role will report to the ISO Global Deal Desk Lead.** As a Deal Desk Manager, you will act as a key driver of strategic deals, bringing structure and clarity to complex opportunities. You will be responsible for guiding each deal through qualification, shaping, and execution while aligning with client goals and internal standards. Your leadership will ensure proposals are competitive, compliant, and tailored to win. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and strategic thinker with a strong background in IT services and bid management. You should be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, leading global teams, and working under tight deadlines. A passion for process improvement and a proactive, hands-on attitude are essential to thrive in this role. **Client Engagement** You’ll engage directly with clients, develop TCO cases, and deliver proposals that highlight our value. You’ll work closely with sales to build strong relationships and align timelines and objectives. **End to End Bid Execution** You will manage the full bid cycle, lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with partners, and ensure timely and compliant submissions. You'll drive progress, track milestones, and support governance. **Continuous Improvement** Stay up to date on proposal trends and continuously improve tools and processes. Gather feedback to enhance quality, efficiency, and win rates. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s in business, project management or related field, MBA is a plus * 10+ years in IT sales with proven bid leadership in fast-paced environments * Strong project management skills, PMP or similar certification preferred * Skilled in managing complex, time-phased activities * Experience running workshops and crafting winning solutions * Proficient in proposal tools and Microsoft Office * Graphic design or desktop publishing is a bonus * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Comfortable working across global, matrixed teams * APMP Practitioner or ability to get certified required **What Lenovo can offer you:** Opportunities for career development & growth Performance-based rewards Flexible working environment (combination of working from home/office) 3 sick days per year Additional vacation days A broad selection of soft/hard skills trainings and individual mentoring **Only for Slovakia** Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.500 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience!
