The Deal Desk Specialist will support brokers, Market Operations, and the Deal Desk organization by executing deal management activities and coordinating the resolution of deal-related issues. In this role, the Deal Desk Specialist will ensure high-quality, efficient, and effective services are provided by executing processes according to prescribed procedures and collaborating effectively with internal business partners.Job Description
Essential Job Duties
Execute and close requests of varying levels of complexity via review of documentation, entry of key data into enterprise systems, and resolve write-off or missing payment informationEnsure efficient execution of deals through adherence to standardized, best practice procedures and proactively anticipate the needs of the brokerCollaborate with local market teams to effectively coordinate and manage deal closingsReview deals for accurate property, customer, and pricing terms to ensure the data included in contracts aligns to Cushman & Wakefield's internal compliance and system requirementsConduct commission calculations based on transaction documentation and contractsContribute to Deal Desk's knowledge management and the maintenance of standard operating procedure, best practice, and key policy documentationCollaborate and align with Deal Desk Team peers to share best practices, proactively resolve issues, and identify ways to continuously improve the broker experiencePerforms other related duties as required or requestedCompetencies:
Proven track record of completing tasks according to SLAs or in accordance to a set of quality standardsDemonstrated ability to independently execute tasks and resolve conflicts as they ariseExcellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong communication (written, oral) and customer service skillsTeam-player capable of building strong working relationships with peers and internal business partnersKnowledge of Salesforce, Workday, or other Accounting/Customer Relationship Management softwareKnowledge of Commercial Real Estate industry a plusCushman & Wakefield is an Equal Opportunity employer to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
